As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 32bd may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license. This verification may need to be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

• To appeal an account closure, contact support within 30 days.
• Once self-exclusion is selected, it cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.
• An account cannot be reactivated after permanent self-exclusion.
